Important Update I received from LoadCentral yesterday (14 December 2011):

We are broadcasting today the following message to all our SMS-based
dealers, sub-dealers and retailers:
Use new ACCESS # 09229990214. It is direct to SUN SMS
Center. Use UNLI text to all network para sulit ang
transactions/day.Old access #s will be disabled tomrw [15 December
2011].
We will also roll back tomorrow the SMS confirmation of sale to the
retailers when they sell e-loads.

For clarification about rollbacks, it means…

We will activate again that reply. We took it out mid-October as our
system can no longer effectively handle the SMS volume that we are
getting.
