To all of my clients,
I previously made an announcement that I would temporarily stop accepting payments through BPI facility since I had problems with my ATM card then and even if it was easy for me to contact BPI support through an international free toll number and email, it was difficult to have the issue fixed for me. You see, their system does not make it possible for me to have my ATM card replaced unless I go personally to my home branch. The only solution I had for this problem is to have a new account opened which was done about 2 weeks ago but only got finalized for online access (so I can do payment verification) a few days ago.
So, I am pleased to announce that you can send payment once again through BPI deposits/fund transfer. Please make sure you get the new account details by visiting the updated “Buy Load Credits from Dealer Shannelle” page. (The link can be found on the right sidebar of this page.)
I apologize if it took me quite awhile to make this announcement and I am very grateful for everyone’s patience on this matter.
