out-of-town trip. While I will attempt to go online on those days to
check on client concerns, I cannot assure how often I’ll be able to do
that. So, for the meantime, if you wish to order your load credits and
send payment through my personal accounts, I’d like to ask you do so
and notify me by February 25 7PM. Otherwise, I highly suggest you use
payment gateway of LoadCentral Direct Loading for your load
requests until end of February.

Globe has reduced their discount by 1% effective today on their Amax products.

Please check updated product discount list for adjusted pass-on rates
which will become effective tomorrow morning.

Please be aware of the following update:

Smart has reduced the discounts on e-load denominations P100 and below
effective immediately.

Attached is our revised pass-on rates to our network.

Here is an update announcement from LoadCentral:

Our annual Christmas Celebration will be held tomorrow and as such,
our load wallet verification and loading will have an earlier cut-off
time at 2 pm while our Customer Support Team will be available until 3
pm.

Verification and loading will resume on Saturday, 18 December from 10
am to 1 pm. Customer Support will be on regular operating hours.

We also would like to announce the following regular operating days
during the holidays:

• December 20 to 23
• December 28 to 30

We encourage you to manage your wallet properly during these times so
as not to miss any sales opportunities.

Regular business operating hours will resume January 3, 2011.
