FYI: Out of town on 23 December 2006 - 07 January 2007

Wednesday, December 20th, 2006

Please be informed that I will be in Palawan on 23 December 2006 - 07 January 2007. Because of that, I will be adjusting my processing schedule for load requests during that period. Adjustment has to be made due to lack of DSL connection in our house so I hope for your understanding.

I will be checking my email for load requests every 2PM - 6PM daily. So please send your load requests through my email so that I can properly receive them. Please expect that you will continue to receive an email notification reply from me regarding your request.

In case of inquiries, messages or questions, I highly advise everyone to also send them via email instead of Yahoo Messenger to ensure that the messages will reach me.

I can also be reached through my mobile phone, so don’t hesitate to call me in case you have urgent concerns.

I apologize in advance to those who might be inconvenienced with the temporary changes. Please be assured that my regular schedule/mode of processing concerns and requests will resume on 08 January 2007.

I hope for everyone’s understanding. Thank you and holiday greetings to all!

Avoid refresh and back buttons (update 05 July 2006)

Monday, July 3rd, 2006

To all retailers and subdealers,

Please avoid using the refresh (or F5 key) and back buttons of your web browser when using the webtool. This is to avoid instances of resubmitting/reposting of your transactions. Pressing F5 key or clicking on a browser’s refresh and back buttons may cause you to double post your transactions.

Thank you.

Text-A-Rose

Monday, May 8th, 2006

The message below was sent to me last 06 April 2006 by the General Manager when Text-A-Rose e-PIN was newly added to the platform. I hope this information will help you guys out in using Text-A-Rose service.

Just some added info on the Text-A-Rose (TAR300) e-PIN in our platform.

If you want to express your love to someone, just send her/him 3 roses. Buy TAR300 (Text-A-Rose 300) from any LoadCentral retailer. On the LoadCentral’s confirmation of purchase to the buyer, the message will include the Card Number along with the instruction on how to send the request. The roses will be delivered anywhere in the Philippines within 24 hours, guaranteed fresh.

Using your cellphone, text:

ROSES <Card Number>/<Recipient’s Name>/<Recipient’s Address>/<Personal Message>/<Your Name>

Send it to:

228 for Smart, Talk N’ Text and Addict Mobile (P2.50/text)

2383 for Globe and Touch Mobile (P2.50/text)

2389 for Sun Cellular (P2.00/text)

For inquiries, please call (632) 816-3091

Hope that helps!

ELoad reminder and FAQ Update

Monday, April 24th, 2006

When you try to send an AutoloadMAX ELoad to a mobile number, please make sure if the receipient is a Globe or a Touch Mobile number or you may receive the following message:

Sale Transaction not successful. Service that dispenses product may be temporarily unavailable or incorrect Mobile Number Recipient. Please try again later.

Make sure that you will select Touch Amax for Touch Mobile numbers and Globe Amax for Globe numbers.

Same reminder goes for SmartLoad. Make sure you’re sending SmartLoad only to Smart or Talk N’ Text mobile numbers.

FAQ page has been updated regarding this concern.
