Please note that I wrote this post on 20th of November 2006. Something went bonkers with Globe Broadband when I was about to submit this and things went fine and I’m once again online just this past midnight… so post entry date is now 21st of November
Message from LoadCentral:
In line with our announcement last October 16, 2006 of the discount alignment of LevelUp! and NetGames e-PINs, please find our updated discount structure. Discount revision of Khan e-PINs took effect last 16 November.

I would like to express my sincere apology to my clients who sent their load requests and payments today. I received a call from my mother this morning to take care of an urgent school-related matter as my younger sister’s legal guardian and this kept me from reporting for work the whole day. It also kept me from verifying payments and processing load requests until 7:30PM. I am really sorry that a personal matter had to interfere with our transactions and I am very grateful for everyone’s patience and kind understanding.
Please be assured that things are now back to normal. You can again expect your load requests to be processed within 15minutes-4hours when request and payment notifications are sent by 10am - 10pm.
I would like to take this opportunity to stress the importance of using email messaging in sending your load request and payment details since I always send an email reply as acknowledgement even if LoadCentral sends out SMS notifications after I transfer loads. This way, you can have a reliable reference of our transaction since email account storage is now almost unlimited (thanks to Gmail which was introduced by Google as their email service with giga/unlimited space thus forcing competition to increase account storage capacity)
