We have successfully tested the Direct Loading Application of LoadCentral. Now, all your sub-dealers and retailers can transfer funds or deposit directly to our bank accounts and upon verification, loading of wallets will be done by our Admin staff. The same applies for Smart Money and Globe G-Cash transfers. I have attached our account details for your reference and dissemination to your network. This should greatly relieve your group of worrying about the payment arrangements when done electronically. You can focus your efforts and resources in recruiting more sub-dealers and retailers and in monitoring their transactions.

Procedures
The sub-dealer or retailer can inform LoadCentral office of their fund transfer or deposit by::
- Calling our landlines – 9513746, 9523746, 9323746 (for those sub-dealers and retailers who are in Metro Manila) and asking for Ms. Mariecar Andes. The following information must be given to her:
- i. LoadCentral Username (mobile number or alphanumeric account registered in the system)
- ii. Amount transferred or deposited
- iii. Name of bank and branch location (if BDO, please include the 3-digit branch code. That is the figure followed by the letters cd on the lower left portion of the deposit validation stamp)
- iv. Date and time fund transfer or deposit was made
- Doing live chat via Google Talk IM or Yahoo Chat. The same information must be given to her.
- Ms. Cam Gmail account is twinsiscam at gmail.com
- Ms. Cam Yahoo ID is mariecarandes at yahoo.com
- Ms. Janice account is nhice10 at gmail.com
- Sending SMS message to our Deposit Text Hotline 09285083355 using the following syntax:
- 1. if deposited at Metrobank

The minimum amount of deposit is P1,000.00. We will not entertain amounts less than that.
Ms. Mariecar will only be available from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday and up to 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
For Smart Money or Globe G-Cash transfers, the Username must be typed in front of the message that will be forwarded to the Deposit Text Hotline.

Processing on the average is 1hr depending on the volume of transactions. Also if the Bank’s system is down which is beyond LoadCentral’s control, it may take a bit longer.
NOTE FROM DEALER SHANNELLE: In case you need assistance in doing a follow-up of your payment and load transfer, please do not hesitate to contact me. Please provide me the same details you provided LoadCentral when you first made your transaction so that I can make a proper inquiry/follow-up on your behalf.
