About BPI fund transfers / bank deposits
To my dear clients:
I currently have a problem with my BPI Family account. My ATM card for
that account is lost/missing. Then, there’s the fact that I’m out of
the country. While I am hoping BPI online support will be able to help
me out with my concern, I have to consider that the holidays are fast
approaching and my concern might not be resolved simply within a week.
So after giving it some careful thought, I’ve decided that I will not
be accepting payments TEMPORARILY through BPI starting tomorrow,
Tuesday, 22 December 2009. I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience
this may cause you.
I’d like you to note that this setup is NOT PERMANENT. I will post an
announcement as soon as I am ready to receive payments through my BPI
Family account once again. (I’ll try very hard to have the ATM card
replaced ASAP)
I really hope for everyone’s understanding and patience regarding this
matter. Again, my sincere apologies.
