Hi Glen,
Once you have a LoadCentral account, you can login to the webtool and send smart bro load to your sister by selecting Smart e-Load denomination from the menu (30, 60, 100, 300 and 500), then provide in the mobile number field the Smart Bro Prepaid number of your sister there then click on sell product.

mam ayaw cya mag send try kong mag load sa load central pero ayaw nya eto yung eror

Hi Noriel, I must advise that you directly contact your dealer to assist you in resolving this error since it occurs particularly with your retailer account.

i can’t load smart bro prepaid it says Unable to process transaction, cannot dispense product to the buyer number.
what shall i do
