“Webtool Status Detection” ~ a rename and clarification

If you regularly check the updates here, you guys may have noticed that I introduced a new utility feature with my previous post but may have misled you or caused you some confusion with the title. And I feel a rename and some clarification is needed.

I introduced it yesterday as the “Check webtool” service but I just realized (like about a day after) that the title could have confused many people since there is already a webtool by LoadCentral and I seemed like I was introducing it as a new service. That’s my bad and thus the need for correction and of course a reintroduction.

“Webtool Status Detection” is an online site utility feature which I developed as a public service page to all LoadCentral users. It is a way for everyone online to check if the webtool system by LoadCentral is indeed online or offline for access. It does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the webtool system status but I am confident to say that it is atleast 98% accurate in detecting the accessibility of the webtool system for online access.

About middle of the afternoon, the page was able to detect of one instance of about 15-30mins of downtime of the webtool system if you were to accessed it thru the main address webtool.loadcentral.com.ph. The alternate link was detected as online during the downtime of webtool.loadcentral.com.ph address.

I encourage everyone to use it as to avoid experiencing frustration or cause worry while waiting for an official announcement from LoadCentral. By the way, the lack of official announcement for the short downtime is most likely due to a quick technical maintenance like a server reset in one of their machines in their network that affected the accessbility of the webtool system thru webtool.loadcentral.com.ph link.

May you find the new feature very useful. Good day to all.
