Please be informed that I have already sent out my official email confirmations to the load requests made through emails this past week. So please check your email inbox for these updates.

As of now, 13 October 2007, 9PM, I don’t have any pending email confirmations to send out. So in case you find yourself lacking an official email confirmation, please don’t hesitate to inform me.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my clients for their continued patronage and patience, most especially with my archaic setup (I’m too much of a control freak as many may have noticed.) I am still trying my best to improve the service. I still haven’t finished the system I’ve been planning to setup to facilitate this confirmation matter faster and better, so I continue to ask for patience. For the moment, I will be using this info site to make general announcements if I am done taking care of backlogs.

Please be assured that the loading/transfer of credits to your accounts doesn’t take more than 24hours (unless it is an emergency and I’ll be personally notifying you of that). Please note that the average processing time is 3-6hours as all of you may be able to attest. So to those not yet familiar with my setup, I’d like to reiterate that the backlogs or delays mentioned here is only regarding the email notifications I sent out as formal replies to load requests sent through emails.
