Discount Structure Update + Pirate King Online

I just received a message update from LoadCentral about Pirate King Online. Attached to the message update was the latest discount structure information.
Pirate King Online, the only online game to date that is exclusively being distributed thru our platform, has a new product denomination Pirate King Online 1000 (product code: PK1000). This e-PIN denom is equivalent to 900 RUM Points plus 3x Refining Gems (a valuable in-game item).

Hi! I would like to know how i can become a retailer in your company, what’s the minimum capital and the procedures. Do i need to get a business permit? Can I load thru cellphone only? THANKS!
