I hope you still have the text message since you will be needing the trace number. Once verified, try to enter the values again. Please make sure that you entered the numbers at the appropriate fields since this is what mainly causes the top-up system to show invalid error messages. However, if the error remains even after authenticating the numbers, please contact your retailer (if you're a retailer, your dealer then) to help you out regarding your e-pin problem. You can also directly contact LevelUp support to have your epins checked but I strongly urge you to still directly contact your retailer/dealer for that because the coordination CAN be much faster.
