Hello daddybear, there are 2 ways actually to buy the PirateKing epins. One is to buy from a LoadCentral retailer. Just look for signage that indicates that a shop or a store has Loadcentral. Another way is to register as a LoadCentral retailer and avail of the discounts available to retailers.
On the right side of this website, there are several pages that’ll be of help to you. There is the discount structure link which allows you to view the latest discount provided by LoadCentral to their retailers. Other links such as how to register, how to buy load credits and how to create a sales transaction (meaning buy epins/eloads) have information on how to register as a loadcentral retailer and basically how to use the loadcentral system.

Sir, I am not exactly sure if I understand your query. If you are asking how to load credits from the philippines to a smart sim number while it is in another country and activated for roaming mode, you can use electronic loading for that, as far as I know.
However, if the person using the smart sim is on roaming mode in another country and wants to load from that country, I believe there is a specific key code for that.
If you want to deactivate a Smart SIM from roaming, just type ROAM ON / OFF and send it to 333. I got that info from this page of Smart website: http://www.smart.com.ph/Corporate/Support/FAQs/prepaid+international+text+roaming.htm

Hi chean, a subdealer is someone allowed by dealers to signup his own sets of retailers. Subdealers can only sell load credits to the retailers under their care.

Hi chean, there is no fee in registrering for a subdealership account. All application for subdealership are subject to approval according to proposal plans submitted to me by those who are applying.
Hi rogue, I have several retailers and subdealers in various location here in the Philippines. It will be great if you can specify which area you are from and if your favority gaming shop does not currently carry LoadCentral, you can refer her to this site.
Hi Mark, you mentioned you are a dealer? It will be better then if you directly contact LoadCentral helpdesk for that. My tip is you try to contact them online via GTalk or webchat from Gmail since it will be faster. If you need something more secure or that will make you more confident with who you converse with, try to contact the person who made you a dealer.

@Japee: Sir, there are times na may delay po talaga. I am not sure if the problem lies with the Telcos since sila po ang may control ng 2948 na service. And advice ko po, try to do a regular balance inquiry to check if the service is available or lagging. This is also the reason why the backup access numbers still exist just in case there’s a problem with the 2948.
The website is a free service I provide to all LoadCentral users but I made this site especially for my clients to provide them easy access to importatnt information such as updates and instructions on certain procedures.
I don’t mind the questions coming from non-clients
Everyone is welcome to inquire here. I’ve encountered 2948 problems before but like what I’ve said, I double-check with a balance inquiry. When there’s no reply, I inquire with LoadCentral online support if status of 2948 and they’ll give me advice naman like if it’s offline for Smart users or Globe users and would inform me to temporarily use the backup access numbers.
And yes, my retailers have reported such 2948 concerns to me already and have advised them the same thing.

Had tried the direct loading from Load Central main office but neither Ms. Cam nor Ms. Janice accepted my invite to add me on their goggle account. As a result, I have to deal with the online customer support. As a result, we were doing a basketball game. I send message to the CSR, pass this message to the verifier, then pass a question from the verifier to the CSR before I could get their question and answer them. Most of the time the same answers were already given by me and yet the CSR again ask me the same question. They even asked me very simple question repeatedly and gave them the same answer repeatedly: saan daw exact branch I deposited the money so I end up sending by email a scanned copy of the deposit slip. Maganda sana itong naisip ng LoadCentral na bagong sistema para na din sa kapakanan ng Dealers and Subdealers pero there is something a lot really on their CSR.

hi! im an active retailer of loadcentral but registered to a local dealer. i have referred a lot of internet cafe under my dealer and sad to say when i ask my dealer to make me subdealer it required me to pay 20k. eh ako kinocntact ng mga narefer ko if nagpapaload sila and minsan at my expense na ung pagkuha ng payment kya i stop referring kht may mga shop pa ko hinahandle for maintainance. i read your thread na free lang pala ang subdealer, can i be ur subdealer? il ask those i refer to create new retailer para maging under na talga skin and khit papano its nt a waste of time to make transaction with them. pls cntact me if pwede maging subdealer mo.

raymond, generally, you can find loadcentral retailers almost everywhere na. I cannot say if there is one in Bauan Batangas though. My advice is either you open your own retailer account or attempt to visit each computer shop in Bauan and check if they are loadcentral retailers. And yes, PKO epins are available through LoadCentral system.

LoadCentral is basically a loading distribution system. Given your load inquiry, I assume you are familiar with gaming top-up system. Think of LoadCentral account something like a gaming account. @niel, meron po dapat sa mga malls and netopia branches as long as they use LoadCentral system. In fact, you just need to visit any stores or internet shops that has LoadCentral system. They should be able to sell you Ultimate Game Cards.

Hi ricardo, the answer is yes to all of your questions. Hindi po kaya i-access or pakialaman ng LoadCentral yung simcard load ninyo. The important role of your simcard/cellphone number during registration is it is used as basis for your LoadCentral Account ID. So ibang bagay po yung load wallet ng LoadCentral account ninyo sa simcard ninyo.

Hi Angel, I have active retailers who are in Dasmarinas, Imus, Kawit and Bacoor areas of Cavite. You actually do not need to visit malls if there are nearby internet shops in your area. Typically, internet shops use LoadCentral system to sell prepaid loads.

hi Shannelle im from dasmariñas cavite just asking if you can give me the exact location of the LOAD CENTRAL (LC) with ULTIMATE GAME CARD (UCG) here at dasmariñas or in the whole town of cavite because i been in robinson place pala pala and they said they dont have UCG even if they are a LC outlet..THANKYOU IN ADVANCE..
