the 2948 acces for smart registered accounts is currently offline. Pls use the old access numbers, 09189064656, 09209456856. Globe and SUN can use 2948.

I can only help my retailers and subdealer for concerns like that. My advise is that you directly contact your dealer or subdealer for that concern. S/he will be the only one who can exactly help you on that matter since it concerns LoadCentral account you opened with them.
Please also avoid posting your retailer account number for your own account security. As much as possible, do not disclose you LoadCentral account number nor your password to just anyone or on public sites. Thank you.

Ma’am, kindly contact LoadCentral customer support for this directly by calling them at their hotline number or initiate a chat dialog with them through Google Chat or Google Talk.
Also please avoid posting the trace number of your transactions here to avoid security issues. Thanks.
