I do not know if it’s just me but I’ve been having a hardtime accessing the address http://webtool.loadcentral.com.ph. Either there’s a problem with my ISP’s DNS servers or the domain name itself is having problems.

Just for clarification, access problems like this does not necessarily mean there’s a problem with the webserver or with the system. Mostly, there’s just a problem in resolving or translating the domain name address to actual webserver address. A symptom of this problem is when you can access other websites such as Yahoo! and Google but cannot access your favorite ones.
